What To Expect
You may be wondering what to expect when you show up for the first time. The main service begins at 10:30 AM. (Splash and Youth Group start at 9:45. See the children's ministry page for details.)
Don’t worry, we won’t embarrass you. We don’t call on anyone, or single anybody out. People from all walks of life are welcome.
If you prefer Spanish, or have a Spanish-speaking friend, you can pick up some headphones on your way in, and the service will be translated for you.
We generally sing a few songs at the beginning, and then we hear a message from the Bible. What you learn from the sermon you'll be able to use during the week because the messages relate to real life circumstances that we all face.
If you have small children, there’s a place where you can drop off the kids for a fun and safe children’s ministry. We have nursery, toddler, and preschool/kindergarten Sunday School classes that run concurrently with the main service.
If you want, you can drop the kids off to do crafts, have snacks, play games, and learn about Jesus while you worship with the adults. Be sure to pick up an activity pack for the older kids who will be worshiping in the main service.
After it’s all over, people hang out to eat food and drink coffee.
Wellspring is a pretty relaxed environment. Anybody with a heart to learn is welcome! Don't worry about the dress code - there isn't one. Just wear something!
